The Process

We have developed a simple but effective process for us and our clients with all the projects we get involved in. Throughout this process both parties can make sure that their needs and expectations are being met. All the details about scope of work, materials, timing and payments are documented. All the proper licenses are presented to the client and all the required permits are obtained by the contractor. Project is on schedule and budget. If a change is needed, all parties are on the same side about the consequences.

1. Introductory Meeting

This is where the story begins. We get to know our client and learn about their project. We explore the possibilities and we share our observations and recommendations.

2. Design and Drawing

For the projects where needed, we will provide a set of drawings for pricing, permitting and construction. These will reflect all the client's expectations within the frameworks of development and safety codes

3. Trade Site Meeting

At this stage we will call all of our trades or sub-contractors to review the scope of work and come up with their proposals. We only work with certified trades and highly qualified sub-contractors.

4. Proposal Meeting

We put together all of our gatherings and bring the client a fixed-price quote that covers the projects from start to finish and discuss it in details. This is when we will answer all of the clients questions and reflect them in our final document.

5. Material Selection

One of the details that we always include in our contract is the material and therefore, we sit down with our client and help them select what is best for their use and budget.

6. Contract Signing

Contract is created when all the questions are answered and both parties have confidence that they are making the right choice.

7. First day on site

This could month away from the introductory meeting, depending on the scale of the project and required permits. On this day our client is introduced to the project manager, we set up our safety equipment and protocols.

8. Project Completion

We will meet with our client frequently during the actual work, but at the point of substantial completion, we will meet with the client to review the work. Any deficiency will be promptly dealt with.
